Step 1 β School location & geo-fence
Pick your school on the map, then set how close a teacher must be to check in. Attendance is only confirmed inside this area.
Step 2 β Attendance timing
Check-in is only allowed inside the check-in window. All times are Pakistan time (Asia/Karachi, GMT+5). No check-out is required.
Step 3 β Device approval policy
These rules are always enforced by the system. Nothing to configure β just confirm you understand them.
- One teacher = one approved device. Approving a new device automatically revokes the teacher's previously approved device.
- A new device stays pending until you approve it. The teacher cannot check in from a device that is not approved.
- The same device used by more than one teacher is flagged suspicious and its check-ins are routed to Attendance Review.

Mark attendance manually
Use this for corrections only. Every manual entry is logged with the reason, who marked it and the previous status. A locked month cannot be edited.
Each pin is a teacher's LAST attendance-related location (from a check-in attempt), not continuous tracking.

Point Rules
Each round is 10 questions. Difficulty follows the class level.
